Hello Cheerful Scoop Readers,

It's been a long time, but I am bringing back the good news blog. For the new and improved site please visit:

If you like what's happening there, please spread the word to friends, family or Facebook. The idea: spread good news in a world filled with bummer bombs.

If you really want to make a difference in your cars fuel consumption and want to take out maximum from surging petrol prices then you need to do your best to improve fuel efficiency of your car in the long run. The same is the case with energy saving as well. There are few specificcar maintenance measures to be followed in order to obtain the unobtainable.

In socialist countries where media was entirely controlled by the government, we always had only good news. Even if it was certainly highly censored and filtered, people wasn't exposed to the bad news which is the best selling product of any commercial media in the world. After socialism collapsed in Hungary, I had this idea to create a site which I called 'Good News' to fill the obvious market gap. Unfortunately, after a few posts I gave up filtering out good news. The ratio is 1:50, and it's very draining to read all the bad news while you can pick a good one. As I see this project, sadly, ended up in a similar way. =)
